This was the first time XXL had ever reached out to me & fortunately not the last. The first artist I ever photographed was Ski Mask the Slump God, in early 2017. Fast forward a few months later & XXL used this particular photo in their 2017 Summer Magazine Issue. This defining moment was very surreal to me, since I was just 16 years old at the time & a junior in high school.

One of my most iconic portraits to date. This remarkable flick of Robyn Fenty, better known as Rihanna, was taken backstage during A$AP Rocky’s Rolling Loud set in 2019. Major kudos to the Rolling Loud team & Complex personnel, for always showing love.

Shot some behind the scenes footage for Alamo Records back in 2018. These tableau images consisted of Comethazine & Asian Doll filming their unreleased song entitled “If I Got To”. The setting of this particular video shoot was tremendously bizarre, ultimately leading to a barrage of unique & distinctive photographs.

This portrait of Wolfacejoeyy was taken on the set of his hit single “Shake It” produced by our dear friend, Whereis22. This song had New York in a chokehold all of Summer 2022, so it was super dope to capture behind the scenes footage of this music video.

Was blessed with the opportunity to document the 2018 XXL Freshman show held in New York. From portraits to performance shots consisting of J.I.D, Smoke Purpp, Stefflon Don, YBN Nahmir, Wifisfuneral, Blocboy JB, Cordae, YBN Jay & more.

Did some editorial work for Sony Music & Alamo Records for their new up-and-coming artist straight out of Memphis, Hopout Shawn. These photos include some natural light work mixed in with studio lighting and direct sunlight.

Got the opportunity to shoot, direct and edit the cover for the highly anticipated single “Weekend” featuring Wolfacejoeyy, Cash Cobain, and Chow Lee. This track is produced by the one and only, Whereis22. Also produced by Cade & Giannii. This photo was taken at the end of a 3 hour studio session at Sony. Songs like “Weekend” and “Rubi” from the “22joeyy” tape were recorded from this session, which was super dope to witness.

Shot, directed and edited the album cover for “22joeyy” featuring Wolfacejoeyy and Whereis22. This was a huge full circle moment for me; as in Joeyy & 22 being my best friends. Being able to work alongside them these past few years has been nothing short of a blessing. Seeing their growth & maturity as artist has been not only astonishing but inspiring. Shooting an album cover has always been a goal of mine, so being able to accomplish that goal with those I care most about has been a euphoric feeling.
